A basing is SIMPLE! (by Ookami)

Alahan Standard-Bearer. Confrontation.

   For a long time I was looking for a color scheme for this flag bearer. Frankly speaking, if I "don't see" a miniature in my head, selecting a color scheme takes me a lot of time. This is one of the most difficult step for me because it affects on the future presentable of all work. 

   After some trials-errors I get satisfied with light blue-gray scheme with purple and orange accents.  Hope you'll like it too.

One more miniature from Confrontation - Giant Barbarian. The only thing I can say is that for some reason I can't take a good picture of it. That I have now:

 

Empire General

One of the sweetest moments for me is to publish the final photos of my work. So I'm happy to spread such a prolonged and interesting work - Imperial General. It's prolonged because it was painted in the mode of learning activities. I did a very detailed tutorial, consisting of two parts:

Empire General. Step-by-step. Part2 - General.

I continue my step-by-step tutorial of the Imperial General. Now it's time for the General. I used the same recipes of several colors (red, white) as in the first part (Horse) so I'll not repeat it here.

  Really cool guys - a cross between orcs with crocodiles. Toothy, with incorrect bite, but, I think, they're very positive.
