Borgut Facebeater

This is my first WH FB Orc. To my mind there is no difference with WH 40K Orks except guns.
I've decided to use "Dmitry's style" here :). He didn't publish his last minis on coolmini but he has a loot of really good works. I tried to repeat his Оrk in my interpretation. He called this technique "speed painting" but I spend a lot of time for it. Before I wanted to use such kind of metal for my Tau Crisises and Broadsides (five of them are waiting my hands) and now I think about how much time I will do it! :)  But eyes are fearing and hans are doing. Now I have an expirience, may be Dmitry will give me some comments, advises and ... secrets (of course, I'll ask hin about it :)). And I can do it!
So here is my funny yellow orc:

A basing is SIMPLE! (by Ookami)

There is a great news in our Serpentarium:  Ookami published a remarkable guide how to create beautiful stands on standard 20mm bases: Basing is SIMPLE! . In his capable hands it's really easy! Do not miss this guide and try to do it by yourself!

Alahan Standard-Bearer. Confrontation.

For a long time I was looking for a color scheme for this flag bearer. Frankly speaking, if I "don't see" a miniature in my head, selecting a color scheme takes me a lot of time. This is one of the most difficult step for me because it affects on the future presentable of all work.
After some trials-errors I get satisfied with light blue-gray scheme with purple and orange accents.  Hope you'll like it too.

Giant Barbarian with Sword. Confrontation.

One more miniature from Confrontation - Giant Barbarian. The only thing I can say is that for some reason I can't take a good picture of it. That I have now:

Empire General

One of the sweetest moments for me is to publish the final photos of my work. So I'm happy to spread such a prolonged and interesting work - Imperial General. It's prolonged because it was painted in the mode of learning activities. I did a very detailed tutorial, consisting of two parts:
The work lasted more than four months. And here is a result:

Empire General. Step-by-step. Part2 - General.

I continue my step-by-step tutorial of the Imperial General. Now it's time for the General. I used the same recipes of several colors (red, white) as in the first part (Horse) so I'll not repeat it here.

Продолжая начатую работу над Имперским генералом, приступим, собственно, к самому Генералу. Многие рецепты использованных цветов  описаны в первой части при работе над лошадью, поэтому здесь повторять их не буду.

Orc Bruisers. Confrontation.

Really cool guys - a cross between orcs with crocodiles. Toothy, with incorrect bite, but, I think, they're very positive.
